WHEAT VODKA MARTINI

| Serves 1 |

Stir the Wheat vodka, vermouth and a little ice together or put them in a cocktail shaker to combine.

Strain into a chilled martini glass. Serve with an a twist of lemon peel.


Note: 1 fluid oz = 30 ml

 

LIMONCELLO MARTINI

| Serves 1 |



In mixing jug fill with ice, add all ingredients. Shake till chilled, strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with lime wheel.

LEMON GIN MOJITO

| Serves 1 |

  • Juice of ½ lemon (or more to taste)

  • 10ml simple syrup

  • 6 to 8 mint leaves

  • Lots of ice (crushed or cubed)

  • Sprig of mint and squeeze of lemon; lemon slice to garnish

  • Soda, to top up

Muddle the mint leaves in the bottom of your gin glass. Add your gin and simple syrup,

then squeeze the juice of half a lemon, stir gently, fill the glass with ice.

Top up with soda water and garnish with lemon and mint to serve. Add more lemon if desired.


SIMPLE SYRUP RECIPE:

1 cup of water to ½ cup honey.

Heat gently until the honey is dissolved. Leave to cool before using, then keep in the fridge for up to a week.


 

VODKA STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI

| Serves 1 |

 


To make sugar syrup equal parts sugar and hot water, stir till sugar dissolves.


Purée strawberries, vodka, simple syrup, lime juice, and a handful of ice in a blender until smooth and very thick. Divide among glasses and top up with soda water and a fresh strawberry to garnish.
