Our Limoncello liqueur is made by macerating lemon peels in neutral grain alcohol and unlike its traditional liqueur, we only use local high quality honey to sweeten it. The result is a thick, sweet dessert cordial with an intense lemon flavour with hints of honey. It is traditionally an Italian liqueur, but with our access to abundant amounts of lemons in the warmer months and such flavourful honey we felt it only fitting to produce a liqueur that showcased our region. This is traditionally served after meals as a digestive but we also recommend using it to create cocktails and desserts.
