This years Red Tail Gin is crafted with handpicked Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from Dukes Winery in the Porongurups and delicately infused with Pink Pepperberry, this Gin is a vibrant expression of our region and season.
 
Tasting Notes: Juicy and fruit-forward, with bursts of grape, raspberry, and pomegranate. The drier summer has really amped up the natural sweetness, while the Pink Pepperberry brings a gentle, warming spice. It finishes smooth and slightly dry, with lingering notes of sweet fruit, soft spice, and a hint of citrus.
