PROUDLY AUSTRALIAN MADE
Handcrafted in Western Australia's Great Southern
Nestled in the base of the 1200 million-year-old Porongurup Range is where you'll find Woodlands Distillery. Converted from an old shearing shed with panoramic views of the mountains and landscape before it. You could not find a better, more fitting space to nurture and develop Australian spirits.
PURCHASE US ONLINE
You can now shop through our online store.
Or head to our 'find us' page to see which retailers and restaurants stock our products.

We grow our own cereal grains which are used in the production of the alcohol.
Our water is sourced from natural spring water at the base of a 1200 million-year-old mountain range and is some of the purest water you can find. Pure water makes for great spirits.
Where we can, we work with local botanicals to fragrance our spirits.
THE MAKING OF OUR SPIRITS

WE HAVE A LONG-TERM MISSION TO BE MORE SUSTAINABLE.
Water
With the bi product water that occurs from producing the alcohol we are able to distribute it back out onto the adjoining paddocks to water our crops and pastures.
Grow our own grains and re-purpose our waste
The mash waste (to put simply, it's the used grain) that occurs from distilling, we are able to feed out to our friendly cattle in the surrounding paddocks.
Up-cycling where we can
Up-cycling may not have been something planned, but it has become a part of who we are as a company. For example, the distillery building is made from the old shearing shed, and the bar is made from a fallen Marri tree from the property.

We turned off the main road to see what was on offer, and we weren’t disappointed!
From friendly and knowledgeable staff to delicious gins and vodkas (even the rum liquor was to die for!). When we left out bags were heavier.

Great atmosphere and friendly service. Loved trying the gin’s & vodka and sitting down to a fantastic cheese platter topped it off. Stunning views too. Will be recommending to anyone I know heading down that way.

Had a great day sampling and having a chat with the distiller . They are very accommodating and have a real passion for their products.
Looking forward to heading back and supporting them more.
